This Notice at Collection describes the categories of personal information Ardelius, Inc. d/b/a MorFurn collects at or before collection and the purposes for which we use that information. For fuller details, sources, disclosures, retention practices, and privacy rights, review our Privacy Policy.

Categories collected and business purposes

  • Identifiers and contact information: name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, account identifiers, and similar information. We use this information to create and service accounts, communicate with you, verify orders, prevent fraud, provide support, and arrange fulfillment.
  • Commercial and transaction information: products viewed, cart activity, orders, returns, cancellations, warranties, delivery details, and purchase history. We use this information to provide products and services, manage orders, personalize the shopping experience, maintain records, prevent fraud, and improve our business.
  • Payment and financial information: payment method, authorization status, transaction amount, and related billing information. Payment credentials are generally collected and processed by Shopify, payment processors, digital-wallet providers, financing providers, or lease-to-own providers rather than stored directly by MorFurn. We use related information to process transactions, refunds, disputes, fraud checks, and accounting.
  • Internet, device, and usage information: IP address, browser, device identifiers, cookie or pixel data, pages visited, search activity, interactions, and approximate location inferred from IP address. We use this information for security, analytics, site operation, preferences, fraud prevention, and advertising where permitted.
  • Communications and support information: messages, product questions, support requests, photographs, reviews, and other information you provide. We use it to respond, service orders, evaluate claims, improve service, and maintain records.
  • Inferences: preferences or likely interests derived from shopping and usage activity. We use them to personalize content and measure or improve marketing where permitted.

Sensitive personal information

Payment credentials and account log-in information may qualify as sensitive personal information under some laws. MorFurn uses such information only as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, secure accounts and transactions, prevent fraud, and comply with law. Independent financing or lease-to-own providers may collect additional information directly from applicants under their own notices. Do not send sensitive financial or identity information to MorFurn by email.

Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

MorFurn does not sell personal information for money. Some disclosures involving cookies, advertising partners, or cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws. Where applicable, you can opt out through Your Privacy Choices or a recognized Global Privacy Control signal.

Retention

We retain each category only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to complete transactions, service orders and warranties, maintain business and tax records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. The period varies based on the type of information, the relationship, legal requirements, and operational need.

Your choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information and to opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
