SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply only if you separately opt in to receive text messages from Ardelius, Inc. d/b/a MorFurn. Transactional messages necessary to service an order may be governed by the choices presented during checkout and applicable law.

Consent and program description

By providing a mobile number and affirmatively opting in where an SMS program is offered, you consent to receive recurring text messages from or on behalf of MorFurn at the number provided. Messages may include promotions, product or cart reminders, customer-service responses, and order or delivery information, depending on the consent presented. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s rates and terms control.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the applicable marketing text program. You may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, email more@morfurn.com, or call 877-955-5550. Staffed hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Central Time.

Eligibility and number ownership

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of the account holder and be authorized to enroll the mobile number. Notify MorFurn if the number is reassigned or no longer belongs to you.

Delivery and carriers

Text delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or unavailable. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Program availability may vary by carrier and device.

Privacy

We use mobile numbers and message interactions as described in our Privacy Policy and Notice at Collection. We do not sell SMS consent to third parties for their independent marketing.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms prospectively. If a material change requires renewed consent, we will request it as required by law. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
